CANCELLATION POLICY

Morgan Rackley Skincare charges 50% of the scheduled service total if you cancel, no-show, or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. The fee is waived if a DOCUMENTED emergency has happened. Examples of a documented emergency: car accident report, hospital admission, positive COVID test. Documentation must be provided at time of cancellation in order for the cancellation fee to be waived. Otherwise, we will charge the cancellation fee.
